Jenny has a background in neurology and psychology and has studied in nine different countries. Utilizing her skills as a licensed clinical social worker and national educator, Jenny is an international coach, sought after keynote speaker and has provided professional training seminars in 48 states.


Helping companies train their employees through a mix of classroom training, outdoor adventures and executive coaching, Jenny also is CEO  of Insite Strategist.


Jenny is the host of “the Live your Power” hour , writes the Ask Jenny column and has appeared on WINK, CBS, FOX and the Lifetime Network.  She has been named one of Gulfshore Business’s 40 under 40, has been featured as a guru of interest in Gulfshore Life and has received the Sapphire Award from Inscape Publishing.


She has been published in numerous magazines and has written the books “Weighing Your Options”, “I am Brilliant”  a children’s book on inner beauty and brilliance,  “Live your Power - the tools to battle your inner bully” providing clinical tools for changing neurological pathways and living your best life and is one of the contributors to the the best selling  book “Living upside down, Thinking right side up”.  Creator of the I am grateful for...™ ring, she was recently featured on the PBS Brain Power video and spoke at the Energy of Success Summit and Designing a Powerful Woman Summit.  She has recorded CD’s for helping professionals including: Bullying proofing your clients, 101 Quick Techniques to help children with emotional and behavioral problems, Emotional Eating: Strategies for  Lifelong changes.  She is the 2011-2012 vice president of the American Women’s Business Association, is district chair for youth services for the International Kiwanis Organization, and sits on the advisory board for K is for Kids.
